It all started on 2/24 when I found out I was extremely ill. The Dr. himself is amazing! However, I’m not so sure about his front desk support and Office Manager Mary. They are rude and do not keep record of when you call in sick from prescriptions. They give false information to keep you from speaking with the Dr. Their lack of professionalism and medical admin knowledge to run an office is why I will never return. Bottom line they drop the ball on your files and when it came time for a simple doctor’s note they failed miserably. It’s been since 4/2 and my note is still not properly filled out. With the office admin refusing to correct per doctor’s orders. If you want your medical records recorded properly and kept up, I highly suggest you do not go here. Office hours here and on their website say open until 5pm on Friday’s. The office was closed at 3:50pm Friday 5/14.

Dr Vincent is a personable Dr that will spend time discussing your concerns and treatment. I have no complaints.

The last winter when I had a horrible case of bronchitis Dr Vincent treated me till I was well. If one round of medication did not work he continued on till he found one that did. He checked up on me perodically to see how I was feeling he treated as an out patient.he had me get chest x rays to rule out pneumonia and when it looked it is was a possibility even though he was not sure at first he treated me like it was as a causion based on my past history. I am truly greatful to him for all he does for me.

Dr Vincent is a very popular doctor in Bardstown for a reason. He is personable, down to earth and knowledgeable in family health. I am a diabetic and I trust Dr. Vincent to monitor my blood work and partners with other providers to keep me healthy. So far, so good. I have been diabetic for years and my A1C was 5,7 last check up. I give credit to Dr. Vincent for helping me maintain this good result. I would highly recommend him.

Friendly, listens carefully. Received excellent "after care" following surgeries by other doctors. Remains familiar and up to date with your charts.

There is not another dr I trust more with handling my physical health ! He listens, asks questions, is very thorough and when I leave there I know he has done his best to answer my concerns and planned the best treatment possible for me.
