Often results at fast place differ when I follow up with my primary care doctor. I don’t feel as if they run all the test that is needed and check thoroughly. Also staff is not super friendly.

Very friendly and efficient as can be. Maybe not very fast with only one or two providers on staff but preferred over most.

Friendly staff, comfortable environment and even better, they got me in and out pretty quick.

Friendly, caring, not much of a wait time, listened, and completely took care of our health problem.

I was highly disappointed with my care. The nurse was sweet. The doctor that cared for me however was rude. I explained my temperature was 99.8 an hour before arrival (she interrupted saying that’s not a fever said I know) then I said when the nurse took it that it was 100.8 (she says well that is). She then asked if I had my head on in my vehicle because I mentioned chills and said well you do have a hoodie In. I tell her all my symptoms are so she proceeds to run a strep and Covid. Said no point running flu because flu season is about over. Both were over. So at the end she says it’s a virus. If you want I can run an antigen test. And nothing on my ear that is red and hurting. It would tell us if it’s something. The doctor was rude everytime I said something. I was very disappointed on how I was disappointed

I took my 7 yr old grandson because he was vomiting and had a bad headache when he got off the school bus. I wasted our time there for real because all they did was check his vitals and looked in his ears and mouth and told me he probably had the headache because he didn't eat much at a school that day and the headache made him vomit. They didn't check his eyes but to top it off the nurse practioner and the nurse was NONE TOO FRIENDLY Honestly all the employees that I came in contact with was not friendly at all and none of them smiled or welcomed you..hell they didn't even greet you when you walked in the door. However we didn't have to wait as long as we would've had to waited if we would've went to the ER. Next time we will go to our PCP

The assistant, front desk, and practitioners that we have seen was very trustworthy and caring.

The lady up front when checking in was super nice but the nurse practitioner that seen my daughter was so rude and told me that 100.2 was not considered a fever and that it was unnecessary to bring her in. Also no tests were done to check for Covid, flu, strep or anything. Just told me it was probably a virus she was just getting over because of the canker sore in her mouth..they were suppose to send medicine in for the canker sore and it still has not been sent. Will not go back here ever again! This place is a joke and they have no idea what they are talking about.
