List of White House Clinics Berea's Reviews
The only saving grace of this whole visit was the nurse who was very sweet. From the moment the doctor spoke with me, she doubted every word I said. As my symptoms appeared later after a previous visit- with the same diagnosis of a Viral Infection, I was told too rest and let it run it's course. After waiting forty minutes, I was called again by the nurse as they had forgotten something. Asking if I went home. I informed them I was still outside. Yup. They forgot about me.I was then told, upon asking for a doctor's note that I did not need too miss work, I did not need too call in; as clearly, the doctor knew my own body and health better then I did.During the entire experience the doctor was rude, unhelpful and seemed too ignore everything I said. The nurse was very sweet however.
NEVER go here for MENTAL DISORDERS!!! My nephew suffers from schizophrenia. Recently moved in with me and WANTS to stay on his medication. WHITEHOUSE CLINIC gave him 1 dose of Haldol then made a point to tell us it was a 1 time deal!!! I'm having HELL trying to find someone to give him medication! Will not take him back there!!!
Had a crown replaced by Dr. Norton and it was the best fitting crown I have ever had done. I’ve had six other crowns before and none were as good as Dr. Norton’s work, skill and temperament. I very highly recommend her if you need dental work!!!!
I was given a discount card for insulin and the pharmacist looked as if he was seeing such a thing first time. I am even accustomed to getting a call letting me know I have prescriptions ready for pick up which I did get on several occasions. Even with this apparently incomprehensible printout of and e-mail, my co-pay was now half-again the cost - and the packaging said there was no co-pay. I was astonished, to say the least. I am now a week out on medications that, in the instructions given, say I should not quit suddenly.
We had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience at the White House Clinic. They profiled my family immediately upon walking in and pushed us into a corner with their "reccomendations" (more like if we didn't comply they would call DSS on us). We got a second opinion from UK Doctor and turns out White House diagnosis was COMPLETELY WRONG and put us through so much grief for no reason.
Jodie and Laura seem to care for the ppl they truely want to help with ur needs and I am blessed to have them work with me
MALPRACTICE!
Friendly staff. Very easy to set up appointments.
I had 4 different doctors. They keep transferring somewhere else, but my best doctor I've ever had was Dr. Brown from Richmond and my doctor right now Dr. Zachowski from Berea.
I recently went here to the dental side for an emergency extraction, they were fairly quick with getting me seen but wasn’t professional I wasn’t shown any xrays or any work that they did to me. The dentist was very good at removing my broken tooth took overall 45 min, although I do horrible with tooth pain I was forced to go to my dr to get something for pain where they made it seem as if I wouldn’t need it when I called and told them I’m in pain and even had my dr call to give the go ahead they still refused.. I’ve never in my life had any narcotics/pain meds prescribed and this made me feel very uncomfortable and judged I’m pregnant and wasn’t trying to get opioids just something besides Tylenol which my dr came through for me on , Just lacking compassion and professionalism but overall an okay place for a emergency visit only because they did meet my end game to remove my tooth that was sore which I am thankful but I wouldn’t recommend my family/friends.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
