It's okay. I personally have a very unique situation with my health and I don't feel as tho my nurse practitioner or the Dr were adaptable to my concerns as I was.

Got a covid-19 test and never got my results. Had to go to berea urgent care to get retested
Kim Edwards is awesome I love her!!!
I was on the phone and the lady was rude and didn't let me ask any other questions before hanging up on me.
If you need record release do not go hear is all I am saying
I saw a doctor over the summer for a few things. I had about 5 appointments and it was not the best of experiences. My first appointment went very smooth and was with the nurse practitioner. She was very informative and did a nice job. My next appointments were with Dr. Williams. I had to wait 2 weeks for my appointment because he was out for an entire week. Every appointment I had from then on out, I waited in the waiting room for at least 30 to 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. The nurse who would take me to triage would often talk about how so and so called off and she wish she did as well. Or the last time, she stated someone showed up at 8am for their 10am appointment and they took them back, so it set everyone back (this was when I waited 45 minutes). Lately. I needed to reschedule an appointment 5 days in advanced and Dr. Williams was going to be out of the office again for an entire week. If you do not mind waiting well past your allotted time, and having a doctor that takes multiple full weeks off, go here. Personally, I need a doctor that will have better availability.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
