Im very disappointed in Dr Geralds. At first i liked her but shes gone out of town too much..took at least 17 or more days off in Jan and i needed her. So i said im going to another Dr and asked her to refill my anxiety med.til i found another Dr...she refused When i go off this med my anxiety is heightened considerably. She does not care about the well being of her patients! It was mean not to refill my meds

She is currently my Doctor. But i won't be going back to her again. I find her to be rude and very cold hearted. She's abrupt and never a smile.Terrible bedside manor. I never had dislike for a Doctor before. I asked her for a Nebulizer, she said no. My Pulmonologist who i love, ordered one for me and it's helping me tremendously. I would not recommend her to my qorse enemy.

Dr. Amy Geralds is the best doctor, Dr. Geralds have been my doctor since she has been with Graves and Gilbert. Amber is the best nurse both of them help me and make sure I am okay.

This doctor and her staff are very rude. Billed for a problem visit instead of a well visit and they will not change it. Will never recommend. Worst experience.

She never takes time to help me. I’m a critical diabetic w degenerative disc and she wouldn’t take time at all to discuss what this was going to do to me at all she only wanted her “office visit” I was told same information I was given by another physician covering for her over the phone more than she ever helped me. She looks at her nails etc while she is there... her nurse Amber is ok. I am not at all happy with the services I received here.

If I could put zero stars I would. I have never been to a physician who was more condescending than her. She was very blunt and did not offer any comfort during any of the visits. Also she required additional expensive testing that was not necessary. I’m very disappointed in my 2 visits with her. 0/10 do not recommend this physician. Also the office scheduled a follow up appointment with a completely new physician... not very logical to me.
