Had a close family member visit this practice to be seen and treated for Crohn’s. This doctor and staff were so negligent, he could have lost his life.Response rate and communication leave much to be desired. The doctor was late for every appointment (if you have a late afternoon appointment, be prepared to wait 45 minutes to an hour). The doctor even FELL ASLEEP during multiple appointments, ignored vital points that would assist him in treating his patient(s) and simply went through the motions.Overall, my family member did not receive complete or even adequate care, and had to seek medical attention and further treatment at a more reputable and professional hospital.
Always behind. The office barely answers the phone nor return phone calls.
Prepped and ready for a colonoscopy only to find out my appointment has been cancelled with no notification. To say I'm frustrated would be an understatament! Called the day before to find out assigned procedure time, they don't give you that when you schedule your appt. Had to leave a message and was assured a return call. Maybe they're short staffed and will call later in the day.NOPE! Now I'm out the cost of the prep kit, the cost of the pre op visit, the cost of shutting my business down for a day to have the procedure, not to mention the inconvenience of the prep. I would definitely not recommend this office
Dr. Avi was super kind and answered all of my questions! I am very pleased with my visit.
I would give 0 stars if possible. First is staff is rude and seemingly have no compassion. After repeated trips to the ER the Dr finally saw me. After the first 5 minute appt. he scheduled a procedure a week out. Then he told me to see him at his office in 2-3 weeks. His staff refused to comply and scheduled me 2 1/2 months later. After waiting in daily pain the Dr. spoke to me for 5 minutes gave me some “samples” and sent me on my way. No treatment no solutions no help. I’m still in pain still have the same symptoms. He is by far the worst doctor I have ever been to. I will not go back to him. I recommend you don’t either. He just wants the money and gives no help.
If I could give zero stars I would! I have not seen him since July, it is the end of February , I keep getting rescheduled!
He misdiagnosed my condition. They did not return my phone calls or messages regarding medications. My previous reviews were deleted. He “guessed,” at what was wrong with me, and guessed wrong. He failed to order the appropriate diagnostic testing & misread test results. This delayed finding the correct diagnosis with another doctor and made my condition worse. He rushes people through and is not thorough.
This doctor did not listen to me and he disregarded my concerns. He spends less than 3 minutes in the room. His secretary is rude and in a rush and his assistants do not return calls. Seeing him was a complete waste of my time. It’s better to tell patients up front if you are not interested in treating them so they can find a new doctor. If you have anything out of the ordinary, do NOT go to the doctor. Also, his secretary needs to make sure she hangs up the phone before she discusses patients.

Dr Avi is very sweet and honestly saved my life...

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
