Dr. Castelli has always been great with my kids. It doesn't matter when I call he makes time to see them. He always answers any questions that I have and has even pulled out his medical book to show me and help explain his answers. He always takes his time, I've never felt rushed out of his office. I would highly recomend him.

I didn't like him for my child because his answer to all my worries with my child was is he still eatting then he's ok as long as he is eatting even if eatting had nothing to do with my questions.... You may like him but i didn't i want someone to atleast ask me some questions maybe tell me why as long as he's eating he's ok is his answer

The first and last pediatrician that my daughter will see. His practical and calculated approach to my daughters health care is beyond what I could’ve expected.

He prioritizes the health and well being of the child and educates as much as possible. Wouldn't ever think of changing doctors for all my children.

Rude, terrible with children, told my son he was fat, he was not fat at all, thru all my concerns he told me my son was just clumsy, ended up after leaving to another doctor for second opinion my son had a heart problem! Do your child a favor and find another doctor.

This doctor was rude, terrible with children. My son had a serious illness and he told me it was in his head. Luckily I found another doctor and he got the help he needed in time.

He's patronizing, doesn't make eye contact, doesn't value patient knowledge and is rough with babies. Terrible experience and enough to make us want to go to Vanderbilt.

If I could give a 0 i would. You should not be practicing medicine with children if you do not know how to treat a sick child. He treated my child like a scolding expecting him to behave as an adult because he has trouble having his throat looked at. Instead of being comforting and trying in a child like manner, he scolded him for his reaction. I do not treat my child like that and I don't appreciate someone else treating him that way as well. He was the doctor on call so if he is on call for my doctor ill just go to the urgent care rather than seeing him. Do not recommend for children!

Do yourself a favor and find a real doctor! He is condescending and rude! He doesn't support breastfeeding! And his staff is terrible! If this is the only doctor you can find in BG, TRAVEL!!!
