Our children have been with Dr. Bitterling for the past 3 years or so now, when we left BGIMP. We have been impressed with the consistency of care that Dr. Bitterling's staff has provided for our children. They always make them feel safe and cared for and they provide stickers or lollipops at the end of the visit. When I call with a concern, I know I will get a call back very shortly, often within minutes apart. And when we arrive for our scheduled appointment, we are seen within 10 minutes of arrival by Dr. Bitterling, and he does a great job asking questions and listening. We love taking our kids here!

Dr. Bitterling has been our doctor of choice for many years and all of our children. He is courteous and very knowledgeable. He takes the time to listen to your concerns. Highly recommend him!!

Dr. Bitterling was the doctor we chose for our first child and we are glad we did. He always answers our questions no matter how stupid and is kind and gentle with our son. The staff at the clinic is excellent also we love his regular nurse. It is also easy to get an appointment even if it is last minute.
