Going to look for new doctor. They do not return calls. They will not schedule an appointment for your next visit...they say "someone will call you to schedule an appontment". It doesn't happen, then prescription runs out and there we are. Not happy with customer service.....

I will not return to this facility. Dr Gilbert was very nice and had always been up until the moment that she asked me if I had received my vaccine, which is actually a violation of HIPPA laws. First off, Why does a dermatologist need to know if I had my vaccine?After I said I would never get it, she didn’t speak anymore. The next day my follow up appointment was confirmed, but with another doctor. Doctors are meant serve those in need, not discriminate.

I went to see Dr. Gilbert as a new patient for a skin cancer screening. She was kind, professional, and very thorough. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a dermatologist.
