Dr. Emery is so wonderful, so sweet, and she's so very, helpful her nurses are so wonderful, so sweet and so very helpful. They have done a wonderful and amazing job to help me and I can walk without pain again, they are the best.

I’d been seeing DR Julian in bowling green. What started out as a very simple procedure turned into a nightmare. Came in for a ingrown toenail. Now said toenail is extremely infected and I will likely lose it. Kept turning into one more visit and more money out of my pocket. You should see my toe. It’s awful.

Dr. Jillian Teslow Rickertsen is such an amazing Doctor. I have never felt so comfortable and confident in my care. She has an amazing bedside manor and is so attentive to my every need. I would recommend her to anyone I can’t say it enough, AMAZING!!!! The office staff is also amazing. Always upbeat and friendly and eager to help. Nikea was great getting everything ready for my surgery and always very nice and pleasant to speak with. Very Genuine staff!!!!

Absolutely don’t come to this practice if you expect service with communication. I’m sure the Doctors are qualified but the experience is miserable. They are more concerned about getting paid upfront than actually waiting on diagnosis and insurance. In addition to the poor delivery of this information (trust me I expect to pay. Just like to be treated as if I am Going to pay instead of as if im behind before I walk in the door) be prepared to wait an hour or more after your appointment time with zero communication. Literally had to ask after 30 minutes if they had forgotten me and no one else was In the lobby. 1 hour later I get to see doctor for 5 minute followup appointment. I hate to not recommend the doctor but unfortunately the experience makes me never want to go back. Staff is awful. But hey….they got paid!

Tell won't take my insurance hum gold plus they lost me I never be back

I am a 66 year old female patient who had a severe bunion and crossover toe on one foot. Dr. Jillian Teslow performed corrective surgery in November of 2020. The surgery was extensive but I had very little post operative pain. She is extremely talented and knowledgeable with this type of corrective surgical procedure. Dr. Teslow is warm, funny and very caring. She never rushes you and seeks to make sure all of your questions and concerns are answered. My foot has healed completely now (end of January, 2021) and I'm walking in regular shoes pain free. Cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Teslow--highly recommend!!!

Had an appt at 10:00 17 July. Got there 15 min early to do necessary new patient. Paperwork..Associate stuck me in a room to wait for Dr. Emery. Didn't show after 45 min..so i left. They were NOT busy. Poor customer service for those on medicare seems like. I'll ask my primary care provider to recommend someone else. As i was leaving, i saw Dr Emery chatting with 3 associates.

They did this wrap on my feet that I had to wear for three to four days. When i removed it the swelling in my ankles was gone and my feet felt great. I now can walk with no pain. I did not think my feet and ankles would ever feel this good again. Dr. Emery and Brittany were GREAT!
