I was out of town with a contact infection and Graves-Gilbert clinic took me as a walk in. The front office staff was incredibly kind and helpful! Dr. Jackson squeezed an appointment in for me. He took his time, ensured that prescriptions would be safe for pregnancy, and even saw me on a Saturday morning to check in and make sure that things were improving! I'd recommend Graves-Gilbert and Dr. Jackson in a heartbeat!

He prescribed 2 different eye prescriptions that I was allergic to. The first time I called him 3 times before I received a call back from him. He talked like his office was short of help so that is why it took him about 5 hrs to call me back. He took me off one eye medication & said to continue the other medication. He didn't seem very concerned about my eye situation. As a result my eyes are allergic to the 2nd medication. I'm still waiting for a call back from him about my eye problems.
