VERY ROUGH.DOES NOT RESPECT YOUR WISHES WHEN YOU ASK THEM TO STOP.. THEY LIED AND WAS VERY RUDE.I had a infected tooth and was told by my regular dentist that i could go to Dr.Allen and he would put me to sleep and pull my tooth because its impossible to numb a tooth if its infected. BEFORE anything happened i asked nurse if he could numb it and she said oh yeah no problem at all IT WAS A BIG LIE. he did not put me to sleep he gave me like 8 shots in my mouth waited 10 mins and came back i told him yes my mouth was numb but if i put pressure on the tooth it still caused shooting pains. HE DID NOT LISTEN..My mouth was locked closed due to infection ( I couldn't open it enough to fit toothbrush in my mouth) he pried my mouth open and shoved a mouth guard in to hold mouth open i IMMEDIATELY told him to stop i cant do this to quit HE DID NOT LISTEN gave me ANOTHER shot in the actually nerve of the tooth. and started yanking it I YELLED i can fill it quit HE DID NOT. the pain was so bad i was holding my breath the only time i would breath was to take a deep breath and say I CANT BREATH they said your talking so your breathing. They had a nurse holding my legs down and everything IT was such a crazy experience it sent me into a panic attack once it was all said and done I was in the middle of my panic attack and the nurse started reading me my discharge papers. My appointment was at 2:30 they just wanted to get me in and out of there. IT WAS THE WURST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE..THEY DID NOT LISTEN TO ME WHEN I ASKED THEM TO STOP BEFORE THEY EVEN TOUCHED MY TOOTH...THEY HAD NO CARE THAT I HAD A PANIC ATTACK AND WAS VERY RUDE.all expect one nurse she was the only one that help my hand and offered a napkin when i was crying. IF i could give them a negative review i would and yes i did tell them my concerns when they called and they gave me the run around when i asked for a manager and said they would call me but i havent heard anything back yet.

Wouldnt recommend to my wurst enemy. The office visit I had was truly the wurst experience of my life. They lied,didnt listen when i asked them to stop and held my legs down. It was so bad I had a panic attack afterwards and nobody cared but nurse. During the panic attack the nurse was reading me my discharge papers. MY other dentist sent me there because my tooth was so infected he couldnt numb it without me being asleep he didnt even try. Went there thought they was going to put me to sleep but i was told he could numb it no problem. I told him it wasnt numb. asked him to stop once they put the mouth guard in to HOLD my mouth open i asked him to stop as soon as he put that in place and he didnt listen. I was holding breath from pain and when i would finally catch my breath and ask them to stop they told me well your talking your breathing and kept going. I would never ever ever go back or recommmend.

Dr Allen and his team have performed 3 surgeries on me. Each one has been amazing. They took me straight back and assistants prepped me and Dr. Allen placed the IV . i was heading home within an hour. Yesterday had 3 teeth surgically removed and today absolutely pain free and have not needed any pain meds except for 1 yesterday couple hours after surgery. I will not go anywhere else as long as he is still there.

It was my first time meetin Dr Allen had wisdom tooth pulled he explained what was being done and after how to take care of went well will go back to in future if need to.

The worst dentist ever. Damaged a nerve during wisdom tooth extraction. Still completely numb after nine months. Having to see a nerve specialist out of state and out of pocket. Would love to sue and may do so!

I would never recommend this dentist for a cleaning much less oral surgery. I had a wisdom tooth extraction 9 months ago and have developed parathesia, numbness of the side of the chin due to him damaging a nerve. Dr Allen made one follow up appointment a week after surgery and said “well this can happen considering your age. Take some B12”. I had to find a nerve specialist out of state to treat me with symptoms and give me options to improve my condition. I would love to sue and may do so

Dr Allen and his staff are awesome! Nobody wants to go see an Oral Surgeon, but these people made it easy. I had my wisdom teeth removed and don't remember a thing. I went home afterwards and laid around for a couple days and never had any problems. I highly recommend Dr. Allen!
