Called for an appointment. Lady who answered the phone spent more time trying to WEB MD me over the call than actually being any use at all. Then suggested I should go to a quick care clinic instead of seeing a urologist like I knew I needed to. If I wanted WEB MD I’d of googled it instead of trying to see an actual Dr. thanks for nothing ! Used to a fantastic office. No idea what’s happened.

Dr Bigler does not care about patients in need. He was on call July 4th 2019 and refused to see my father who needed his Supra public catheter changed. My father was at Christian Care! Now my father is on the way to the emergency room. His partner Dr Rutter who my father has been going to for years never checked on him while he was in Greenview hospital and he has an office in the hospital,Allan Mayhugh615-743-5217

I can't praise him highly enough. He listened to me and found the source of my problem and the solution to it. I never felt like I was being rushed like I have with some doctors. He is a gem.

Dr. Bigler is an American English speaking man that is highly professional. He knows his stuff, speaks on the level of every patient’s understanding abilities. Dr. Bigler treats you like human being, not just another $$$ passing through the door. He cares about his patients.

I can't say enough about the quality of care of Dr. Bigler and his staff. He is extremely easy to talk to and is extremely detailed. It's great to find a doctor who provides exceptional care along with making you feel comfortable. I couldn't recommend him enough.
