My wife was just moved to sky, ater two days I can say I'm probably going to remove her asap. ( assuming she doesn't just get mad and walk out 1st)Bedside manner is deplorable, the rudeness is ripe in that place. hours long wait for pain management, inetible food, ignoring calls for nurses, and frankly a poorly run facility. The immediately began bossing her around, treating her like a 2 year old child. She's 36..... with a broken hip, 3days out of surgery.I waited on the phone for her to receive her pain med. Took them 1.5hr, and 3 nurse calls for her to start yelling. Only to be informed the never herd her call.Remember now, I was on the phone the whole time, herd them begrudgingly answer and tell her "ok" 3 separate times.This facility is far more concerned with rules, and there own liability than patient care. I'm guessing there big rules are because they probably get sued a LOT......They have so far earned less than zero stars in my book.

Sky rehab is a wonderful facility, the staff is so friendly and the building is always so clean. I would recommend this rehab facility to anyone and everyone!

I worked in the EMS for 29 years and have taken several patients to SKY and they were treated with professionalism and kindness. Several of my friends have used SKY for rehab and have good results. If I have a problem that requires rehab, I will use this facility.

Already heard about lots of negative experiences this company supplied to people who are already down bad; but today I learned something new. Amanda Bass is in your employ & goes out of her way to bully & harass people online. She lacks many many qualities that someone representing a HEALTH establishment (integrity, social skills, professionalism & just plain human decency) should display. I live close to the area but can say this establishment will be fully checked off as a place to send any loved ones if this person who is representing your company doesn’t get some justified consequences.

I would never recommend a rehabilitation center that has employees that practices in cyber bullying and harsment like your employee Amanda Bass does. If an employee of this facility would go out of their way to bully someone they don't know online, imagine what they would do your loved one who is in need of care.

10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Definitely should screen employees better. Amanda Bass is bully who harasses anyone she doesn’t like. Her lack of maturity and professionalism is a horrible representation of your business.

Amanda Bass is a bully and your facility still employs her ? What kind of facility does this especially with suicide on the rise !!! You should make certain who you employ and keep tabs on them ! it could save someone's life. Yeah maybe just one life isn't much to you but that one life is EVERYTHING to someone else..
