Wonderful place
Your beeps are changing puppy's into something and my 5 stars are real something is seeking up behind me again
With my experience with this facility is poor. My mother is on a strong steroid for a Kidney disease and they gave her a double dose. The reason I know this is because the first nurse that was taking care of her told me they gave it to her on a Thursday and then the nurse that took care of her Friday said he had also given her a dose. Its supposed to be every 48 hrs but then after waiting almost 45 mins for him to check it was all the sudden given when it when it was supposed to so the "document " was correct. Go figure . But when she is in severe pain they don't give her pain med when they are supposed to. I assume if you don't have to take life saving meds when you are here I suppose they are okay. Don't bother calling to try to check on your family because they are only going to tell you what they want you to hear, that's if you can get them to answer. I wish that everyone had to go thru this once in there life that is In the health care facility and maybe they would treat their patients better. Also I went in Saturday morning to see my mom and she told me they told her when she was ready to eat she could feed herself . Needless to say she couldn't eat. I've added a picture on what my mothers mouth looked like. I HATE THIS PLACE. Getting her out as soon as possible. felt I needed to share .
I was recently blessed to be able to stay at SKY/Rehab in Bowling Green for recovery from a terrible fall. Everyone from the administrators to the cleaning staff had my best interest in mind. My room was clean and well-kept, the nurses, OT, PT, doctors, administrators and kitchen staff are praise-worthy at this facility. At first I had a very hard time getting my insurance company to approve my stay at SKY because they would rather I recover in a nursing home. I knew I needed more OT and PT than what I would have gotten at a nursing home. So, the CEO, CMO and others stepped in and FOUGHT for my admittance into SKY. They got corporate involved, wrote letters to appeal insurance’s denial and made phone calls to my insurance company until finally the denial was overturned. Who goes above and beyond like that these days? SKY does!!I. I highly recommend SKY rehab/hospital in Bowling Green, Ky as THE place to recover from an accident or injury. You will find none better. I commend SKY and all who work there! Thank you for helping me regain my mobility and for giving me confidence that in time I’ll be able to walk like normal!
Cannot speak to this facility prior to COVID, but our experience with no visitation has been abysmal. After two weeks of not seeing our father and calling for daily updates with no concerns from staff my sister walks in to see our father unshaven, filthy and no bath for the two weeks he’s been there. Never was family notified he was refusing baths OR refusing to get dressed. A rehab facility that leaves a patient in a gown for two weeks and the worst part is the lack of compassion for your loved one from leadership when you express the concerns, you are told to “let them talk”. Who’s talking for your patients? Do not feel safe with our loved one there and definitely do not recommend, wish we had read the reviews here before we chose Sky. Admissions coordinator will sale you the moon and the stars to chose Sky, but no follow up on the promises they make and the stories they tell about family involvement.
Please pray for all and meet Best Doctor for all ur problems 💚💟😊🙏💞
They were amazing with my son after his car wreck and stroke.
The staff at this facility lack compassion. My loved one was neglected, belittled and made to feel worthless during his stay at this facility. His stay was cut short due to an infection that caused him to become severely septic and is now fighting for his life. He needed to have a catheter 3 times a day, and was made to go almost 24 hours without having one, causing a UTI that turned into sepsis.
Everyone has been very nice to my father.I've got to say the issue Im having the patient is to wear mask at all times but they have hard time breathing, what u do? Also your only excepting one person forever to visit nobody else. There is to be no other family visiting loved one. The same one person everyday till they are done. I understand your Covid Concerns, but I belive your staff have brought covid more then visiters! There were many of staff wearing their mask the wrong way. Does your policy protect your patients health from employees? I doubt it! No matter the circumstance covid will find its way in from somewhere, I doubt it will be from the front door!
My aunt was there due to a stroke. The therapist were nice but the people in charge where hateful. There is no place for HATEFUL people in a medical facility. Bedside manner is part of recover for the patient. Hateful people hinder recovery.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
