When I was going through a miscarriage she treated me so coldly and without any remorse. I was simply asking questions because it was scary and confusing time because I was getting mixed answers from different doctors and she was just like to be blunt if you are having a miscarriage there isn't much I can do. But I understand that I just wasn't sure why I couldn't get any real answers whether the baby was okay or not. Few months later I call because I have some concerns and she is the doctor on call for after hours , she spoke so quickly that I couldn't even ask any questions and then just said bye and hung up. I understand that they are very busy but she didn't even confirm she was speaking to me and just quickly started responding to my voicemail so quickly I couldn't get a single word in.

I went to this provider because my original referral was booked too far out. Dr. Carpenter spent a total of 12 minutes with me (I set a timer), and she spent most of the time telling me that it would be a “waste of my time” to get hormone tests due to my age. I was also denied a referral to urogynocology after abnormal test results came back. If you want to be rushed and talked down to, she’s your doctor I guess.

She’s okay. It was my first time getting a well woman exam and I have clinical anxiety, which was made clear from the beginning. I could tell immediately that she was rushing through and didn’t expect me to have questions about my body. She explained what she was doing well enough and I felt no pain. However, I’m left feeling like my concerns and needs weren’t addressed. I noticed the appointment was double booked with another woman’s, which may have led to the rushing. She seems nice enough, but the appointments should be longer for a new patient who will naturally have more questions.

I was recommended to Dr. Carpenter after finding out I was pregnant. Upon meeting her for the first time we found out that the baby no longer had a heartbeat. This is my third miscarriage. Dr. Carpenter has gone above and beyond for me, my previous miscarriages I did not receive even a fraction of the genuine compassion or care that I have from Dr. Carpenter. She has been incredibly patient, understanding, and thorough with what to expect and what the next step is. I am extremely grateful for her.

She saved me and my Daughters life. I’m forever grateful for her. She is quick, smart, and protective of her patients. I cry every time I think about what she did to save us. Great Doctor!

Dr. Carpenter was wonderful! Best I have ever seen

This is my first time seeing her she was very dry and acted like I was there for no reason she was very quick and non-talkative she wasn't friendly and just wanted to get everything over with I was in pain and she seem to not care she just wanted to get whatever was wrong with me and me out of the office so it was my first time and it will be my last time never again as far as quickness it was very quick and they got me in pretty fast and she came in relatively fast she just has no sense of care empathy for her patients
