Very busy. Waited 2 hrs. Sitting in the waiting room and got a phone call if I still wanted to be seen. Of course I did. The website says that the facility covers Sprains and breaks. I had an injury to my arm. If they treat sprains I was told I would be referred to an Ortho doctor because they just Xray and don't have MRI. If that's the case the Sprains should be taken off the website in my opinion if it's soft tissue injury. I was dx as tennis elbow and given a Steroid injection which did relieve my pain and inflammation. I think the website needs updated. Also my Ins card clearly states I only pay $50 Co pay. They made me pay $100 if I didn't want to keep my card on file. I shouldn't have to keep my card on file if I only pay a $50 co-pay. I will be calling my Insurance to check on this practice. Not impressed with service here.
