Had to run all the way home for my insurance card, which most places always still have them on file. Ridiculous. Then only one in the lobby and waiting a while while the girls chat!

Dr. Crews is wonderful! He delivered my daughter in July and I can't say enough kind words about him. He makes you feel like family and will alway talk to you about your questions and concerns. He's not only a great physician but a great person. The staff at is office is great and anytime you call the triage nurses personally talk to him and call you back promptly. Shortly after delivering my daughter, I got a uterine infection and was re-amitted to the hospital. Dr.Crews was very understanding of my feelings about having to be away from my child and made sure to make arrangements so that she could stay in the room with me while I was there. He also came and checked on me twice a day, while I was in the hospital. Best OB in Jackson!

I am very picky abour doctors. However, Dr. Crews made my first pregnancy experience wonderful! He was so helpful and never rushed through the appointment. He did everything to make sure my baby arrived safely in the world.

This doctor is extremely knowledgeable; however, when we ask a question about one of his medical decisions, instead of explaining in detail, he stormed out of the room. He demonstrated a lack of professionalism. He is great on his good days. We found another doc and ask the same question. He tactfully explained why our last doctor was correct

I have been through 2 pregnancies with Dr. Crews and he has been amazing. He is laid back and very calm. He always made me feel like he had all the time in the world to answer my questions and he never acted like my questions or concerns were silly.

Crews was excellent during my pregnancy and labor. I ended up needing a c-section for a uterine infection, but he let me labor as long as was safe for the little one before suggesting it. He is friendly and pleasant with a great bedside manner. The only reason I gave him a four on the knowledge section is because he is not very knowledgeable about natural methods of family planning. He doesn't do VBACs, or I would use him again.
