I took my 1 year old to a walk in clinic for an apparent leg injury and saw Dr. Williams. He ordered an X-ray, said it looked clear and sent us home with no follow-up instructions. In fact, he barely said ten words to us while we were in the office. My child continued to show discomfort so I had her seen again by her pediatrician, who said an X-ray would take at least 5-7 days to show anything on a child so young. We waited another week, had another X-ray taken, and sure enough, she had a fracture. She had to wear a cast from her foot to her thigh. Had I listened only to Dr. Williams, I would have left her fracture untreated for who knows how long. I know doctors aren’t perfect, but between his complete lack of knowledge (I later did a simple google search and read that toddler fractures won’t usually show up on an X-ray for a number of days), and his terrible bedside manner, I would not recommend Dr. Williams to anyone. I wouldn’t trust my family’s health to him, that’s for sure.
