The worst! My husband's glasses took 3x the amount of time they were supposed to and when we tried to pick them up or call on them no one was every there... even during "open" hours. We are finally here to pick them up on a Saturday at 11:15 and the place is dark. They aren't open again until Tuesday. Gggrrr!

The reviews are true. They are never open. Took my glasses over a month to be ready, when they said it would be 7-10 days. Once they FINALLY let me know the glasses were ready to pick up they were never open to actually pick them up. I went on a Friday 30 minutes before they said they closed and no one was there, and again on a Saturday 4 hours before they said they close and no one was there again. Save your money and time and go elsewhere.

NEVER OPEN! No one returns phone calls or calls you back when they say they will. You just have to hope when you call someone feels like answering the phone.Office hours are sporadic. And are only open may 30% of the time that they say they are.Took 8 weeks to get my glasses in. Never one phone call, text or email to explain the delay or readjust my expectations (I was originally told it would take 7 to 10 days)I had to keep calling to get an update and finally someone says oh yeah they’re in.Save yourself some sanity and go somewhere else!

I was told my glasses would be ready within 7-10 days, it’s now more than a month later and they are finally ready. However, I’ve been twice in the past week well before they are supposed to be closed and there is no one in the office.

While the staff was great when I went in for an eye exam I can't get a hold of anyone by phone. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses. I got a text message 3 weeks ago my glasses are ready. I go to pick them up and it's just the sunglasses. Ok that's fine. However, I still don't have my regular glasses and it's now been 5 weeks since they've been ordered. I called last Thursday and left a message. No call back. I called lady Friday and was told the system they use to check the status is down and when the optometrist got in she'd have them call the place. A week later still nothing. Called within the time they're supposedly open yesterday and left a message. I called again today at 115 goes to voice mail again. Safe yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere.

THEY'RE NEVER OPEN, even if the hours on the door say they are. No one answers the phone.Nice collection of designer glasses, but I've had nothing but a bad experience at this location. I called at 4:30pm asking what time they close, she said 5pm. I let her know I would be there at 4:45pm, just to do something quick, I knew it wouldn't take longer than 15 minutes. I arrive at 4:40pm, the place is locked up. They closed early just so they wouldn't have to deal with a customer - and the store hours said 5:30pm anyway, so her initial answer was strange as well. Also, I ordered glasses from here and they said they would let me know when the glasses came in 2 weeks. 4 weeks later, I'm calling everyday DURING the listed hours and it's ringing, ringing, ringing....I call corporate and they let me know that they're closed. So they're very inconsistent on hours, which are very strange the way they're listed at the moment.I still have not gotten any notice that my glasses are in, I just have to keep calling. And even if they were ready, the hours are sooooo strange that I would have to take off work to come and get them.Overall, the customer service is not there. The selection of glasses is good, though. Just expensive.

I had a great experience at Pearle. Dr. Kolle was super nice and answered all my questions. Brandi and Jessica were able to help set me up with new glasses within my price range!

They have ridiculous days that they are closed and they never answer the phones when they are open. I have called them numerous times over the course of a week for them to solve what should have been a simple problem. This problem which is preventing me for ordering my contacts, which I need to see. I spoke to them once and haven’t heard from them since. I wouldn’t ever come back here and when o tried to get ahold of the corporate office they did nothing because the doctor are freelancers for this location.
