Dr. Kelvin and his PA Buddy are wonderful. The office staff are horrible. Can not schedule appointment, can not get office staff to communicate with pharmacy and insurance. Found another doctor. If you could deal directly with Dr. Kelvin and Buddy would be a wonderful place its the office staff that are destroing a very good Dr.'s practice.

If you need an appointment ASAP, good luck, because it's almost impossible to get an appointment. You have to call between 10 and 20 times just to reach someone, the answering machine always says the receptionists are busy and when you do get through you have to wait about two weeks, even if you are very ill. I'm switching doctors.
