List of Samuel Kreis's Reviews
I’ve been seeing a Dr here for about a year an they don’t have a clue about diabetes. I am type 2 diabetic who needs structure an understanding about how an what will help me manage this. All they want to do it is give me another pill shot or threaten me with insulin. I want to understand what helps.
Dr. Samuel Kreis is my Family Doctor: He always takes good care of my wife and me. We have been seeing him for the past 20 years. He has always treated us both as if we were his own family. He has always been very professional and all of his staff are very professional and caring people. They always greet us with a smile and are always eager to help us no matter what we may need or have any question we may have. I would and have recommended them to anyone. Dr. Kreis and his staff always will be the best!!!!!!!!
Great service with Dr. Kreis. He is 100% for the patients health and welfare. He is straight up and honest. The staff has always been super nice and helpful in any way they can. We as patients have to remember that they are people just like us and anyone can have a bad day at times. It is up to us to try to make it a better day for them.
When I seen Dr. Kreis in March 2020 I was very pleased!
I took my 77 yo mother to see dr kreis. She has dementia and other health issues. We went to him to try to get something for her anxiety. He wouldn't hear if it! He also true to change the medicine her neurologist put her on when I called her neurologist and told him that he said he is not allowed to change her medicine do not go back to him. He was so rude to me ( I'm her primary caregiver) he literally kicked me out of the office simply because I questioned why he couldn't give a 77 yo woman help with anxiety. He was condescending to the point of cocky. We did not let him change her meds and her neuro gave her the anxiety meds said he didn't understand why he was so abrasive and to not go back to him. No problem! I wouldn't take my fucking dog to him. He's a terrible doctor who thinks he's better than the patients who pay his fucking salary! Worst dr in the area don't go to him unless you like having nothing done. Also he is a cocky prick.
Not the worst doctor. But you will need a hope and prayer if something bad ever happens to you. I broke my rib and this practice prescribed a strong NSAID for my broken ribs. I can’t take this as I have another disease that doesn’t allow me to take nsaid medication due to the bleeding risk. I was told to take Tylenol which is fine if I wasn’t already on 4000 mgs a day. I asked if he could do the small dose Norco that the emergency room gave me until I could see him. I was told no and if it was that bad, that I could just go back to the hospital. I really don’t want to rack up a $5000 medical bill just for a couple of days of pain medicine. For anything else this doctor is fine at. However, when it comes to something serious, you best go somewhere else as this doctor seems to just “practice” medicine.
All of His staff is very unprofessional. With very short temper
Does not listen. Does not help. He has changed. He tries to act big in front of new nurses. He has stopped caring!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wouldn't Recommend
Uncaring!??

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
