I had been with Dr. Hermiller for many years and I found her very helpful and caring. However, her staff is not customer focused nor act as patient activists. Twice in 2022 I had major problems dealing with the staff with scripts and setting up a Libre sensor. After several frustrating issues like this I decided to move on. With any issue, the staff is not helpful and usually responds "It's not our fault" but offers no assistance in resolving issues. The office manager admitted to me earlier this year there were staff issues and she was trying to change the culture. It hasn't changed. If you want to be treated as a customer with respect, don't use this office.

Dr. Hermiller listened to me carefully, provided the perfect amount of information for my needs, and gave me a thorough plan for the next 3 months of care. Would highly recommend!

Dr. Hermiller has been my endocrinologist for about 5 years now. She always listens to me, never treats me like I am "sick" or "uneducated" which can and does happen when you are diabetic. She meets me at my level and it very compassionate. She even helped me through two pregnancies and many endocrinologists will not do that.

If I could leave zero I would. I was new to the area and was having endocrine problems. I was referred to Hermiller. She refused to see me. Told me nothing was wrong with me and I didn't need to be seen. I had to find another DR to help me. I still don't have answers. She also made one of my friends cry. Told her she was a waste of her time. Very rude Dr. I wouldn't recommend to anyone!

Dr. Hermiller takes as much time as I need, and always listens to my questions/concerns and gives thoughtful answers after considering my question. She has been 100% supportive and open to changes in my care.
