List of Wael Eid's Reviews
I am a new patient of Dr. Eid’s. I had my Thyroid removed three years ago this month. For the first time in those three years I feel normal. I was experiencing horrible low back, hip, and leg pain so much so that at times I couldn’t walk. My previous Endo would tell me my bloodwork looked normal and sent me on my way. Dr Eid took the time to listen to me ordered lots of bloodwork and fixed my issues. I’ve been on Vitamin D2 for about a month now and I can move without pain. I have a three year old son that I can now get on the floor and play with. I’m so happy I switched. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner!
Dr. Eid said "What you don't measure, you don't manage". I have never had a doctor say that before, but it makes tons of sense. He listens, questions, tests, follow-ups, everything. I would recommend his care for anyone that needs his specialty.
I find Dr. Eid to be knowledgeable and thorough. He took time to make sure I understood my diagnosis, even drawing some pictures/graphs for me. He also seems to enjoy his job (he’s not grumpy).
Not pleased at all.... He told me ot was going to be a 10 minute visit and ended up being there for 2.5 hours for him to tell me the sensor i had on for 7 days didmt pick up any readings and im bad luck. And for him to yell ate because i said i cant keep taking off work to bring back the sensor.... Very disappointed. Do not recommend him. Also the office staff faked to be a manager on the phone with another client and was very rude while i was in the waiting room. Wouldnt give them ome star but it makes you.....
Dr Eid is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and overall one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen. W whole heartedly recommend him.
I'm seeing a bunch of specialists due to chronic illnesses, and I've never had a doctor as thorough as Dr. Eid. I'm not crazy about all the blood he's taken from me but it'll be worth it! He truly listens and addresses every one of your concerns, not just one or two. He has messaged me back at all hours and takes his time to explain everything. This can lead to a longer visit (and he often runs a little late, but nothing crazy.) I just wish I didn't wait this long to see an endocrinologist!
Dr Eid is amazing. Very polite, listens and is getting my condition on track. He found a nodule in like 2mins from a physical exam that no doctor had ever mentioned in the past. Highly recommend him.
Excellent physician - the best one I've ever encountered in my life and I'm middle-aged so I've met several along the way. I don't always do what doctors tell me to do, I admit it, but it's different with him. He gives me the confidence and determination to do what I need to do every day to be the healthiest I can be and enjoy life again. It doesn't get much better than that.
When first started I thought Dr Eid was amazing but going thru the time I was with him and his Diabetic educators.i am saddened to say that the educators don't know as much as they think they do.they are very condescending and clueless about diabetes and each individual care.they cannot admit wrong and if they are wrong and you question it Dr Eid is quick to not care about your feelings and thoughts and makes excuses for them.i have a grandson who is type 1 juvenile diabetic and at the age of 10 he knew more about diabetes than these nurses... I called and asked for a refill on one of my medications on a Monday morning and I needed it and I ended up having the pharmacy call to no avail .on Tuesday I had my family physician call in my trulicity.i found out Weds evening that Dr Eid called it in on weds.that is when i decided I would not be going back to see this man or his pompous staff...it.sucks to be treated that way and talked down to..it sucks to have to change doctors because the one u have talks down to you and his staff thinks they cannot make mistakes...they cannot be wrong...name is Deborah Webb not Kabzinski
My first appointment with Dr. Eid went very well. I left feeling like I was in good hands, and I felt immediate trust in his health plan for me. He was patient with my concerns and allowed me the opportunity to ask any and all questions I had. I have had a great experience with him and everyone in his office so far.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
