I understand they are closed today but I tried multiple times Monday, and Tuesday to reach them will not answer the phone or return a voicemail.Update. Finally answered Thursday so the third open day I tried. Cancelled my appointment so I can't say otherwise how this office is. It was easy to cancel once I finally reached someone

The customer service is horrible. It is been almost a month since I ordered my glasses. I call every week for updates but they continue saying that they are on their way from Texas. I have left voicemail and they never returned my call. I was hoping that this store would be different from the one in Florence KY but it is the same. I told the doctor my experience with the other store and he emphasize that to the customer representative. Ha! Obviously that did not make any difference. Never again return for glasses at this chain. I would rather pay for the high mark up at Lens Crafters than putting myself through this experience again.

Can't even begin to tell you HOW AMAZING everyone here is!! Staff is super helpful and so nice. They were able to accommodate me with my problem of not having enough contacts. So quick so efficient, super thankful for this specific location! Just the best team ever!! Thank you so much for all your kindness!!.

Price is ridiculous for glasses, went down the road to LensCrafters got same pair of glasses and paid third of the price. It’s funny the frames are 80 dollars higher at Pearl Vision when Lenscraftter and Pearlvision are own by the same company. Will do business elsewhere in the future. Save your money and shop around to make sure you are not getting ripped off by this place.

I had me first visit a few weeks ago and I was beyond impressed! The doctor was great! He answered all of my questions and addressed my vision better than any in the past few years! I will surely revisit!

My experience was wonderful. The doctor was very professional and explained a lot about my astigmatism.The staff were so very helpful with choosing my new frames.I would recommend this location!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They confirmed my appointment twice so I left early from work for my appointment as planned. I get there and they were closed, I got there twenty minutes before my appointment. I decided to wait because maybe they didn’t have any appointments and had left for a few minutes for some reason. Well my appointment time rolled around and no one was back so I left. No one called to cancel, no email, no text. So that was really really awesome. Thanks Pearle Vision
