Applegate staff is a wonderful place. The staff truly cares about their patients. The atmosphere is always positive and upbeat!

I went there yesterday for my first appointment. The male dr is absolutely horrible he made me feel like the size of an ant. He told me that if I was in need of liver transplant, that since I'm addict that he would wanna give me a new liver because it would be a waste!!! So he would let me die cuz there is a chance of relapse. I fo not recommend see the male doctor here. I'm 32 days clean an he is already talking about cutting my dose down, mind you thats how I relapsed in the 1 st place.

This place was great when Dr. Parks was there. They violate hippa rights.

This place is amazing! I've been here for a little over a year an I love it. I've struggled along the way with my addiction an I can honestly say not one time have I been judged or made to feel less than. The staff has went above an beyond to help. I would recommend them to anyone struggling to stay sober. I've worked with several places throughout the years an this is by far my favorite!

I seriously love this place, the front desk is awesome!!! The entire staff are here to help, they will go above & beyond to assist you in your recovery!! They also have the best therapist & case workers in the GAME!!! The doctors are always professional and very easy to talk to, they will help in anyway that they can!!! If you live in Northern KY, I would recommend making the switch over to Applegate Recovery Crestview Hills!!!

This place is terrible. . Not only did they only have 2 Drs in my 2 years in the program, I was constantly pressured to come off of my medication or cut my dosage. Literally every visit, the receptionist staff absolutely violated my hippa rights and the drs are judgmental bigots. Avoid this clinic at all costs, it’s gone downhill since Dr Parks passed away, and it’s a shame. I repeat, the receptionists literally breached my hipa rights and I have the receipts from where they called the cabinet and filed a false report after they provided me a faulty specimen cup and accused me of trying to trick a UA. After providing clean urines for like I mentioned, 2 years! I was in shock and couldn’t switch drs quick enough. Everyone there hates their job and talk down to their clients. The dr even held my script over my head telling me he couldn’t prescribe until seeing a gastroenterologist, even though the gastroenterologist informed me my counts were all normal. Do yourself a favor and find a dr in Cincinnati!
