LONG WAITING room time. I checked in at the kiosk at noon. A few mins later a lady called me to her desk 4 and finished up the check in process. And told me to wait and someone would call me. I did just that and after waiting an HOUR I asked the reception lady if everything was OK because many others had come and gone. She said it should be only another 10 mins. I waited and at 15 mins a different lady finally asked why I was waiting so long. She got me in but total wait time ended up being and hour and 23 mins. And the kiosk and two human interaction failed. This made it a very bad experience. Not to mention that by the time I was getting x-rays done for my two year old he was tired and hungry so as you can imagine it was very traumatic to have to hold him down while he's screaming. Which I've dealt with this stuff before and my little one is fine with this type of stuff. Not acceptable. My time is just as valuable as others. Yet that isn't how it was perceived.

Extremely good children's hospital. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a child who needs special type of care.
