I was referred to her by my PCP for specific concerns, which required a biopsy. I filled out a 20+ page medical Hx and brought it with me to 1st appt. (consult). At 2nd appt (biopsy) they made me answer ALL of the medical history again b/c they "couldn't import the 20+pgs into their new system." That created anxiety in addition to my already high BP due to the Bx appt. Then comes the MOST PAINFUL BIOPSY I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I would like to note that I SPECIFICALLY ASKED what to expect re: pain during the consult- how it compared to LEEP procedure so I could be prepared. She showed 0 concern for my pain, acted like I was overreacting, despite my history of high pain tolerance. Biopsy concludes with her saying "the surgery we discussed isn't your only option." WHAT? That's literally the purpose for a consult = to discuss options! I refused to sign the surgery consent, overheard her ripping up paperwork just outside exam rm door. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HEARTLESS, & waste of time

She's stuck in the stone ages and uses the metal speculum. She's also rough with it.

I went for my annual pap smear/ checkup. I was told AFTER she examined me & Dr. was walking out the door, that I would NOT be getting a pap smear. When I questioned why, I was told that they only do paps every 3 years if you have a previous normal result, which i did (even though my insurance covers yearly paps) She was rude, hurried, and I will be switching Dr.

Dr.Capmbell was a joke! She treated me like crap. Wouldn't tell me my diagnosis I basically had to beg her. She gave me a medication and told me to instantly start taking it 3 times daily didn't tell me what it was, what it was for, or that it'd make me extremely ill. She was rough during my annual pap and made me come off the table in pain. I will be switching offices.
