Kimberly Deringer's Online Review Report Card

I recently switched to Dr Deringer and I’m soooo glad I did! She is focused, personable, very skilled and a great listener. She is always so happy and genuinely cares about her patients. What a breath of fresh air.

Dr. Deringer cares and she remembers you. I left her for a different providers office closer to home and it was a big mistake. While at the new office, my doctors kept relocating. I had 3 new doctors in 4 years. I decided to go back to Dr. Deringer and she remembered me. She is a quality doctor & person…very relatable, knowledgeable, and she 100% takes her time with me during visits which is rare these days. She is totally focused on me and asks questions. She’s not distracted. I whole heartedly wish I never went for convenience over substance when I decided to switch doctors offices. I’m glad I’m back under her care and I won’t be making the mistake of switching providers again! Ever!

She has been my primary Dr for over 5 years now and has always been prompt and focused on what I needed and was very detailed.

Dr. Deringer is my primary care physician. I have been a patient of hers for about 4 years. She is always pleasant, inquisitive, a great listener and sympathetic to whatever issue I may have. She never makes me feel as if she's in a hurry. I have found her to be knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. She always follows up with testing, etc. and providing results/advise as soon as possible.

This MD focuses her attention on updating her computer questions & won't look at you when talking. Doesn't listen and her version of her written file, which you have to request and is different from summary they give you at end of appointment, lacks key complaints. She spouted incorrect information abouts sq my history and when I corrected her, she became rude and angry after checking her computer records on my file and finding she had spoken incorrectly. She ordered labs and their office called to say they came back fine. I stopped at pharmacy several days later to pick up a Rx from another MD and was told they had another Rx from Dr Kimberly Deringer for me that neither she nor the person who had called me back on labs had mentioned. Turns out one of my lab results had come back high and they didn't tell me about it or that she's written Rx for it. Staff is rude and doesn't care. Her written medical notes in my file contain errors and she doesn't note key symptoms. DR DERINGER IS QUICK TO WRITE A FILE MENTIONING ONLY SYMPTOMS THAT FIT HER PRECONCEIVED DIAGNOSIS and ignore other symptoms. No rapport and simply doesn't care.
