I saw Dr Kalfa's for several years. He's down to earth, tells great stories and has a lil wild streak of his own. He did okay with minor illnesses but when I fell extremely ill, for several weeks, he misdiagnosed me with a bladder/kidney infection. I had no pain in my back but was in the floor with agonizing pain, had become jaundice, was crying crocodile tears... I felt like I was having a heart attack or had a broken rib. Turns out I had a gall stone stuck in the bile duct of my liver. And my gall bladder was so inflamed they couldn't remove it all , during the surgery.. which was not done laparoscopically, it was an invasive surgery instead. Thankfully, my mom demanded I switch doctors that very next day after misdiagnosis and got me into see my childhood Dr who walked in the exam room took one look at me and told me I was getting admitted to the hospital... right then! I'd be worried to have Kalfas as my physician this late in life.

My visit was fantastic. Dr Kalfas is the most genuine Dr I have ever seen. He cares, he talks to you about the treatment and about life in general. He doesn’t rush you through the visit. Been my Dr for 11 years. I can’t imagine seeing someone else.

As an addiction doctor he is one of the best in the field. Doc has saved my life and helped me even when I was homeless on the street. He is an incredible doctor who has saved my life more times than i care to admit. He is extremely compassionate although he knows how to show tough love. Thanks Doc. Keep up the good work.

Worse doctor ever. He made us wait over 2 hours in the waiting room. Then office turned a physical into an office visit now costing us $120 versus $0. Staff indicated that because my son, a teenager, asked questions about his body this required an office visit. This was done without even telling us. So wonder where they think a teen age boy can ask questions? Needless to say we won't be back to this office or any office run by Christ Hospital. They need to assess their policies!

He is the worst Doctor I have ever had. He has no compassion for his patients. He needs to to be turned into the medical board and have his medical license revoked
