Dr Scott Becker has been treating me for over 30 years. He and his team have always been very professional, friendly and always knowledgeable. Dr Becker is the best! Always been there for me, thank you Dr Becker. Special thank you to Jane his Assistant.

I took my mom who has cognitive and memory issues to dr Becker and he spoke fairly fast and made a lot of comparisons that were difficult for her and even me to understand. He was pleasant enough but it amazes me that he spends his day talking to people with neurological disorders - very hard to follow even for someone without a disorder. On the other hand he did catch a diagnosis that no one else was able to catch. If he could just learn to speak a little more to the lay person and learn to speak to people that have the disorder - stop with all the confusing comparisons - I would have given him a much better rating.

I started seeing Dr. Becker last spring after many years as a patient with another Neurological group. The care and attention I have received has been exceptional. Dr. Becker is a great communicator and I don't feel like a "number" when I have an appointment with him. He takes his time and he actually listens to me. He explains things to me in layman's terms and I walk out feeling like I learned something each time I have an appointment. I have spent the last 13 years muddling through the neurological issues I deal with and now I feel like I really have someone on my side! The staff he has working for him/ running the office are great! It's a breath of fresh air to call and someone, a human being, answers the phone! I understand that there are some busy times and will get an answering service, but if this happens, you get a return call ASAP. It's really wonderful. I have also run into a problem with insurance that the office notified me about and because of that phone call it saved me from signing up for the exact same coverage for this year!! Jane saved the day and she probably doesn't even know it. Everything was able to be changed just in the knick of time and I am grateful. I highly recommend the Becker Neurological Institute if you are searching for a neurologist or considering changing doctors. It doesn't take months to get an appointment and there is a real personal connection here. Not like some of the other large practices in the area!

Went to see this Dr one time, all he did was lecture about migranes and tell bad jokes. Very loudly I might add. I went in with a headache and waited 2 hours before even seeing him. By the time I left my head hurt so bad that I had to pull over and throw up. I went for an MRI and a month later still do not know the results. Two follow up appointments have been scheduled and each time I've waited 2 + hours having to leave before I can even be seen. This doctors office is a joke. The woman that answers the phone is rude and could care less about the patients needing help. It's like talking to a wall. They charge you $30.00 to fill out STD forms. I was sitting in the waiting room and the billing department called wondering why they haven't received my payment for the first appointment. They mailed it 2 weeks prior and to the wrong address!!! Maybe that's why! This place is a joke and I would definitely not recommend this doctor to anyone!

I was misdiagnosed by Dr. Becker and called crazy. It took another colleague of his finally diagnosed me correctly with R.A. And Fibromyalgia.

Wonderful Doctor! Prompt, Listens and Has a sense of Humor. Clean Office and is very punctual, always make sure to have a medication list with you, they check it each time, which is a good thing! Highly recommended! They will "work" with you, Jane and Carolyn are great to talk to on the phone and in the office, very knowledgeable and accommodating. Be fair with them, be approachable and they will be more than fair with you. Dr.Becker is and always has been rated as one of the TOP Neurologist in this area and USA... we are lucky to have him locally.

Very arrogant dr pushed meds without knowing what's wrong. Was helpful finding some issues with all testing but then turned around and completely ignored those findings. Now seeking better dr to finish what this one wouldn't start. Would not go back to or recommend either.

Total waste of time and money. First visit seemed promising. Second visit total disappointment. Finally got called after an hour and fifteen minutes of wasted time. After ordering multiple tests, which were done, asked,"why no brain scan?" Do patients order their own tests these days? Cmon doc. Of course now he wants that and another $85 visit. Then asked why no medicine he prescribed was being taken. If there is thousands of dollars worth of testing ordered and no diagnosis, why would one take medicine? Two people in the office and both concluded that the medicine would be taken only if the diagnosis after testing was migraines. Then after talking to us for a few minutes, and both of us just listening, he tells us to feel free to get a second opinion. As if to defend himself for something. Totally unprofessional. Just drives home even more the fact that todays medical field is driven by big money and very few really care about the patients

We appreciate Dr. Becker's thorough and efficient approach. He has successfully helped mom in her challenges with Alzheimer's disease.
