Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had with a physician. She actually takes her time with you and listens to your problems. She’s very well educated and knows a lot when you bring up any issues you’re having.

Dr. Mukalla was very good. I had not been to the doctor for years. She was soft spoken and very thorough with her exam. She scheduled my wellness tests. She was very professional and I have now chosen her for my regular doctor. I would definitely recommend her.

I was disappointed in the level of services provided. Dr. Mukalla has a habit of telling me of how I feel based on the tests, not what I am communicating. While tests are helpful they CAN NOT tell you how a patient feels. She tends to use docotr language and not explain and she has a habit on not getting back to me when I have questions or concerns. She also was very dismissive to me about my concerns about tick-borne illnesses being teh cause of my symptoms. After pushing she admited she didn't have any expertise and would have to look up the information. I took this as she tried to ignore me because she didn't have the answers and didn't want to take the time to address the issue. VERY POOR PATIENT skills.

Dr. Mukalla repeated attempted to dismiss my symptoms based on the results of the diagnostic testing and tell me I was 'fine' even though I had come to her office complaining of poor health. As test cannot tell you what a patient is feeling. It is only an inidicator of the likeliness of the cause. She also had a habit of speaking in doctor language and not explaining herself in non-medical terms. She was very dismissive to me when I had questions and after pushing her on this issue she admitted that she did not know the answers and would have to look them up. I took this as she dismissed my concerns regarding my health because she did not want to admit she did not know the answers and did not want to take the additional time to look up answers for me. I believe she has very poor patient skills, which is a shame as shes seemed to do a great job reading my diagnostic testing, but as I found out from experience this does not make a good doctor.
