I actually followed Dr. Koeller from Ohio back to KY.... She was an OK doctor but she never understood anything it was usually her way or the highway.... But the new nursing staff in KY were awful they didn't know me and I had always passed all drug screens and I was there a year and one decided I needed IOP which is 3 days a week and 8 hours a day.... For absolutely no reason.... When I said I wasn't doing that bc I didn't need to.... Guess what the next month my drug screen I failed??? Then they wouldn't let me retest either! Never go there!

Dr. Koeller is a very down to earth and personable physician. She has surrounded herself with a wonderful staff who are eager to answer any questions or concerns. I am truly greatful to have her as my doctor. Her program works if you really wanna get clean. My experience has been wonderful. She is very thorough and that's exactly what you need when it comes to addiction medicine.

She does not care about her patients at all. She lies to them and is very very rude. I would not refer her to my worst enemy. She hates men and wants you to go to meetings everyday and they last a hour or two then on top of that you have to go to iop group meetings everyday for two hours. So if you have a job and you are a guy don't waste your time going there. You won't have a life anymore. Office visits are at least 2 to 3 hour's on a very good day.
