Went to doctor for knee problems 6 weeks ago.Pain is terrible and they won't prescribe ANY pain medicine. Want me to see doctor again. Can't get appointment for 2 weeks.

Previously had an issue. But they called and were extremely helpful in correcting any problems. The office manager is extremely kind and always looking out for the patient and their health needs. Would recommend!

My wife and I switched to the Crestwood Norton Medical center about two years ago. Our Doctor is Dr. Petry. We have been extremely pleased with Dr. Petry and the medical services this center provides. They are very accommodating and helpful.

Staff is always friendly , with little wait time. I see Dava Helton and find her very nice and informative. I can often get an appointment quickly and my insurance is accepted here.

I should have known better than come down to this part of town. I came to see a specific doctor and when I arrived I called before coming in like asked. I received a phone call and kept getting transferred around. It’s disappointing they refused service to me due to my race. I came out 40 minutes just to be seen. Then get treated like this. Sad and very disappointed.

The 1st time I went it was a good experience Then I got a bite by a spider and called for an appointment the next day they did not return my call until 3:00 in the afternoon with a message to call them back I immediately caledl because I desperately needed an appointment. I was on hold for 35 minutes and then got disconnected I immediately caledl back again I was on hold with no one answering So I drove To the office went in and the person out front said O we're sorry we can't see you to day I explained I had just driven an hour I had called the night before I had waited all day for return call and as soon as they called I called right back was on hold for well over an hour And ask if someone please just look at my face that was all swollen because I had been bitten by something They didn't have time to see me but if I needed to I could go to the ER or drive from Crestwood to LaGrange is what I was told. I was in pain my face was all swollen So I went to Baptist Urgent care they got me right in Did a thorough examination decided yes I had been bitten and called me in a prescription and I'm better today.no thanks to Norton.
