Very poor care. Took my 6 year old son in cause he had a fever. He has kidney issues as well. When we went in I tried to explain to them from the beginning what was going on. They kept cutting me off. Saying what's your point? Why are you here? I was like if you quit cutting me off I could tell you. They thought he was he mistaking his side for his ribs. Cause he stomach and side were hurting. He showed them very clearly where the pain was. I tried to tell them what we had found out with his pcp. And they would not listen to him or me. They thought we was making it all up. What our pcp had told us and that he was hurting. While we were waiting they were out playing rolling around in the chairs, pushing each other back and forth. Not working at all. There was more that happened as well. I was so mad and upset. We found out today that their poor care could have costed my son. If our pcp hadn't contacted us. They are furious as well. We will never ever go back there again.
Both my husband and I have visited Ms Bradley for medical care on several occasions. She is always thorough, knowledgeable and very helpful. I would highly recommend her.
I visited the walk in clinic at Harrison Memorial Hospital, summer of 2018 . I remember offering my bank card to pay my bill. Now I have a sleazeball collection agency dragging my credit through the mud for a $533 visit, which is ridiculous.
My husband was very sick bleeding all over place and wouldn't let me go back with him very rude er nurse. Wouldn't recommend this hospital to no one
HMH has an amazing ER Department as far as skills in triage and trauma. The bedside manner is left at their homes where their judgement and opinions should be. Yes, you're overworked, and get tired of the frequent fliers but remember every patient has a history, we don't all fit the same stereotype.
The rudest lady in er i was sick temp 103 she gets smart soon as i walk in the door wants to know what i want and what im doing there rude older lady. Second floor two rude nurses just talk down to you for no reason drs were good few good nurses in the future i will try not to ever stop here again bad attitude
Refuses service to those with medical conditions preventing mask usage. In other words, if you have certain pre-existing conditions, they would prefer your cancer progress, and they will allow your immediate emergencies to result in death before they will treat you without a mask. Health and patient care is not something they care about or are educated regarding.
I have been to hmh er now since 2017, er changes doctors every so often, er staff are not one on one with each other, on my latest visit doctor checked the usual blood, urine, CT scan, and nothing new, nurse who brought discharge papers contradicted everything doctor said telling me how to fix my issues. Nursing staff had mix off good and not good.
They r always a great place to go
Not bad but hard to talk to the pain doctor and lab possibly messed up on drug screen test but we will see what happened because it's been sent to another Lab.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
