I have been to hmh er now since 2017, er changes doctors every so often, er staff are not one on one with each other, on my latest visit doctor checked the usual blood, urine, CT scan, and nothing new, nurse who brought discharge papers contradicted everything doctor said telling me how to fix my issues. Nursing staff had mix off good and not good.

This place will always hold a special place in my heart. It was a year ago that I was admitted here in the height of the pandemic. I was on deaths bed literally. I can’t express how great everyone was trying to find the reason I was so sick. It was a blood infection in my left foot that resulted in amputation. It was the kindness and caring attitude of Ms Schwindel that saved my life. Thank you to Harrison Memorial for caring so much

Recently my husband was seen at HMH. I have to admit that this is the first time in years that we have ever gone to this hospital as my husband is normally seen at the VA. Well we had an emergency and had to get to the closet place possible. We had a great experience and can’t thank the ER nurse and doctor enough for everything they did for us. The doctor insisted that we stay there for treatment which wasn’t exactly what my husband had wanted to do, but it most probably saved his life. We needed that extra push to let them do the procedure vs transferring to the VA.

Checked into ER right before shift change nurses and the doctor got straight to me and said was gonna get meds for me they left and nobody came back to me for almost an hour a tech walked in and was like oh how long you been here haven’t seen a nurse or doctor in my room for almost 2 hours now only the X-ray tech so disappointed in the care here
