Saw him for the first time Last week, I have been very sick and asked him to do follow up Lab work, He did not, I was called the next day and the urine culture came back with a positive bacterial infection, And noting else has been done about that. I am Calling tomorrow and demanding he does orders Lab work done, He scheduled me a Cancer lung screening done, and I had that today, I even asked the girl doing my CT today, Can you please recommend a Dr here in town that actually listens and cares about their patients health!!

I have known Dr. Stephen Moses and just family my entire life. I have had several doctors in many states. His office is the only one that keeps to your appointment scheduled. Never had to wait more that ten minutes after scheduled appointment. Things happen and we are all human. Dr. Stephen Moses and his team do tons of great things, most that will never get posted. Sad that so many are quick to review when something doesn’t go right and point out issues that aren’t always controllable.

You claim here that Anthem is accepted by this doctor. I have been trying to change my doctor since being rejected by M.S. Gainey's office for "being belligerent" (untrue). I asked the girl who answers the phones if they accept Anthem and was told they do NOT. In fact, most doctors in Cynthiana refuse Anthem. As well as all the dentists. And today, after getting rid of Anthem and going back to regular Medicare, I was told the back office would have to approve me before I could be seen. This does not make me feel very warm and fuzzy. I've seen NP Kilpela there before and liked her a lot. I am diabetic and have a number of conditions at the age of nearly 68, and I need a doctor.

What kind of places requires your all your information plus your social security number to "run a check on you" before seeing if you can even make an appointment. Be cautious of places like this.

Dr. moses was very forward and thorough in his diagnosis. I felt like he spent time with me and answered every question I had. He was honest about his weekly availability and his expectations of seeing same day patients. He was great with my kids and really made them feel comfortable.

seems to be a lot of staff turnover, and not many smiles. They are courteous, and you are seen timely,however, should you need follow up, those skills are lacking. several calls and a lot of patience to get follow up.

He was great with my Mother and Father!!

Dr. Moses takes time to talk with you and respond and help with your concerns. Excellent physician.
