This is not a good place to send ur family! It was nasty, stool dried on the bathroom floor that hadn’t been cleaned the whole month my mom was there! There not nice to u! Hilary the nurse practitioner threw my moms pop in the garbage, if she hadn’t wanted my mom to have it she should have gave it to her family! She also told my moms family she was gonna stop all visitation to her if we came out in the hall! My mom couldn’t breathe where she had a traik in and we went to the desk to tell them and got chewed out! Kenny came in hollering at my mom because she ask for her pain medicine! I do believe jail is a better place to be than to be there! Yes there mean to u and ur family and the rooms are right out nasty! Not to mention they only bathed my mom twice in a month, the second time they bathed her because was going to cardinal hill! It was so good to get in a clean place where people was good to u and a clean place! If ur thinking on sending family there I suggest u don’t! It was trumitizing to think on being there

Very caring facility. I would recommend Select in Lexington for any family member needing long term care. Caring staff that genuinely cares for their patient's and the patient needs.
