Someone referred me to Dr. Utter couple years ago. I lived in Walton right down the road from the office. Well my son an I moved to Ft Thomas which is pretty far from Dr.Utter office, I wouldn't change doctors for nothing she is absolutely wonderful! listen to my needs not judgmental personable all around a great doctor an I consider her friend!

Dr Sandra Utter HAS ALWAYS taken time to listen to what my concerns are. I am a patient with a chronic life long disorder. She has to do MANY things differently then with a regular patient. My life could be cut short just by a simple mistake. So with her true love and care for people in general she has ALWAYS taken my everyword to the up most importance. You just can't find doctors with a heart of gold much anymore. There for I am truly blessed to have her as my FAMILY DOCTOR.

Didn’t address what I came in for, threatened to diagnose me w/an issue that would carry a stigma in my medical records that she is not a specialist in. I left with more questions than I had when I came in with. She was rude. Condenseding & not interested in getting to know me as a patient.
