HORRIBLE DOCTOR!!!!! don’t go if you care about your health. She’s a quack

Great Doctor but some of the staff has a lot to be desired in basic human kindness, and proper test etiquette. The 2 nurses, that were doing my test, were very unprofessional. I went in for a urine screen and the little “hat” sat on the toilet for who knows how long. The sample came up “cold” meaning the test was not collected immediately, as it is supposed to be done. (or even put into a sample bottle) It just sat on the toilet, as I talked w/the LPN and another nurse, in the hallway for at least 10 minutes right after I had given my “sample”. No one collected it. These things are supposed to be collected right at the time they are administered. As I went to leave, I asked if anyone was going to collect the sample. Both nurses walked to the end of the hallway, and seemed to laugh as they turned the corner, I assume to go do something “else”. They hollered to me : to “Just let it sit and they would get to it, “later”. I guess they forgot about it, as it was reported as “cold” when FINALLY, collected out of the little plastic “hat”. I was so sick with a fever, when I went in for this test. I thought with Covid going on, they would surely check my temperature (they didn’t) I just sat in the waiting room for an hour, while running a terrible fever & sitting around other patients. I have been taking this test for 20 years, as I have a terrible illness that there is no cure for. In all that time, I’ve never had a bad test. (Until now) What a terrible way to treat people, as the resulting phone call I got about this test, was really awful. It is not my fault that the test was administered incorrectly. Shameful treatment.

Excellent doctor. I highly recommend this primary care physician to everyone. She listens and cares during office visits and quickly responds to all emails and calls.

Best dr I've found in a long time. Went in for mental health and was taken seriously (I was worried aboutbeing brushed off) but everything was addressed immediately. The office itself is great too and I've never had to wait long for my appts.

Awful "doctor". Absolutely zero bed side manner and zero concern for mental health. She ignored all of my previous medical records because she "didn't need to look at them". Another example of why people with mental health issues suffer in silence. These doctors have no sympathy and it's really sad. People are suffering and dying inside because this doctor doesn't believe them when they come in asking for help. As if it's not hard enough asking for help to begin with, she just sat there and belittled me saying there's no reason for me to have anxiety. Unbelievable. Her husband also treated me in the er for a panic attack and told me it's illegal to prescribe Ativan in KY. Another lie. There's my review. I hope it saves somebody their precious time

I have only seen Dr. Summe a couple of times because I do not go to the doctors much but I felt that she was great. She was kind, listened to what was going on at the time, and addressed the problem. I felt heard and like she cared even though she didn't know me because I am a new patient. I would recommend her.

Dr. Summe is a great doctor. She takes the time to talk to you to figure out what’s really the root of the problem. I highly recommend this doctor.

She's a great doctor who will actually listen to you. She figured out the root of an issue I had that my previous Dr had missed for years. Always available through the patient portal and responds quickly. Anyone who wouldn't recommend her, the problem probably is with them, not her. You can tell she cares.
