Dr. Whalen care through the Ortho Cincy Urgent Care facility in Crestview Hills was very thorough, professional, yet personable, and in his care I gained peace of mind and hope for relief of pain.

Dr Whalen was very nice and explained my condition to me. Referred my to a specialist for my hand. My visit with him was through Orthocincy urgent care and there was no waiting.

Dr. Whalen had a good plan for my recovery, meds for a week along with light duty for one week. Which I was better after a week, no issues with my back at all. At some point after the appointment he changed his mind and sore he did not recall that conversation we had it and insisted that I see a spine specialist to get cleared for work. Charles Whalen ruined my relationship with orthocincy and I would not recommend his services to anyone.

Dr..Whalen has always been a great listener. I have seen him for several problems over the past few years. His knowledge is very expansive, which helps when you are not sure how to exactly verbalize what is wrong.

Great Doctor! Does not mess around, examined me quickly and referred me straight to the correct Doctor for my problem. I saw him in the clinic part of OrthoCincy, he decided that it was best for me to see one of the Doctors that specializes in knees. Hopefully that doctor will be as quick in getting things done to correct my problems.
