I was very disappointed and hurt by the visit I had with Christy Sapp. My issue was brushed off like no big deal and I feel like I can not see another doctor now because she made me feel my symptoms are not real. I would even accept an apology.

Started with UK but had to see Dr. Sapp to get treatment at HMH so I wouldn’t have to travel for treatment. Dr. Sapp had no personality whatsoever. She also offered no help to problems I encountered with treatment. I felt she just went through the motions and I was just another patient. She the first specialists whom believe I have Hyperacuisis Tinnis . I went to a specialist ,ENT in Rolla Mo and she did not believe my chronic muscle pain and Hyperacusis Tinnis.
