Staff was very nice, very informative and helpful. Wait was a bit frustrating. 44 minutes in the waiting room.
I had a work injury to my right hand and arm in January. Broken arm and wrist that were set wrong at an emergency room. I was not aware of the poor service at the emergency room until 5.5 weeks later. By sheer coincidence, I went to see Dr Baker for small concern on my other hand. He noticed the previous damage to my right hand/arm and immediately arranged for an X ray. He discovered the poor setting of the arm/hand and the need to correct the damage that had been done in the healing process. He discussed the critical situation with me and scheduled surgery for the next day to repair the limb and attempt to bring the arm back to its original state. After a lengthy recovery and physical therapy, my arm looks good, functioning normally. I owe it all to Dr Baker who took the time to notice that my right arm/hand was not healing correctly and performed the operation flawlessly. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Baker as an excellent hand surgeon and as a fine person.
I had a broken hand, wrist and arm. Prev set incorrectly. 5.5 weeks later, Dr Baker looked at it and immediately performed surgery repairing the arm. Pins and plates added and now my hand, wrist & arm are in perfect working order. I had given up but he came through.
I shattered my wrist. I’m hoping all goes well from here.
Took the time to explain all options, and show what was needed and what to expect later after treatment
Dr. Baker saw me with very little notice. I could tell he was very caring and he explained my situation extremely well. I am very pleased I was fortunate enough to get Dr. Baker.
Very proffesional and listens to what you have to say
Well to be truthful at first I was not happy. But I'm very thankful for you Dr Baker for what you have done. My therapist Dave Chrome said you are the best and I believe him and what I have seen improvement is not the word I understand now that it's going to take a long process before I get my hand back to where it was and I am grateful to you Dana Lemen
Finger surgery outcome was better than I had hoped. Highly recommend.
I’m sure he is fine, but he spent little time with me. Granted I had a small cyst so it was really a minuscule procedure, but I wouldn’t go to him for anything else. Actually, if I passed him on the street I probably wouldn’t know him. Nurse definitely 5 out of 5. She did all the procedure prep, cleanup including stitches which were some of the best stitches I have seen, AND she did my followup appointment. I’m actually going to call my insurance company to see how this procedure was billed. If it was billed all in one that will be fine, but if the follow-up appointment was separate it should NOT be billed at doctor rates. UPDATE: Knocking review down to one star for the cut and paste response given two weeks ago from the office stating an Office Manager would contact me. No phone call or real followup on their part.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
