I had my surgery on 04/14/2023 --Dr Hays took the time to answer every question from me and my family too and made sure we understood every single detail. He has an outstanding bedside manner. Dr. Hays is some doctor let me tell you. Even in surgery he made sure I was ok and comfortable and removed all nervousness. Dr. Hays makes you feel like he comes from the Old-Timers school, back when doctors really cared about you and took great interest in you without rushing. Again, I can't help but mention his kindness and his duty of care. I'm thankful for doctors like him !!! They are getting harder to find these days. Such a kind and heartwarming doctor. (Bless you Dr., Hays!!!)

I absolutely adore Dr Hayes he replaced a defibrillator that was faulty from a previous surgery and was very kind and efficient. He is the absolute best. Let me explain my issues with the office personnel. I only need to visit Dr Hayes once a year my pacemaker will work for another 10 years. I moved to Texas. His front desk has been harassing me for a month. They tell me I need to find another doctor closer to me, that my insurance wouldn't cover it since I was out of state. (Even though I lived in Ohio when I had most of my surgeries and the hospital I had surgery in was in KY) I have been fighting with them for almost a month. At one point they went as far to tell me it was illegal. They also said my insurance wouldn't cover it. They keep trying to cancel me as a patient when I tell them I wanted Dr. Hays. Horrible horrible horrible. I had a previous Dr in texas and I wasn't happy with him. I'll fly to KY every year to keep Dr Hays. Thanks!

Dr Hays conducted tests leading to confirmation of need for pacemaker. Very thorough, kind & considerate, always takes the extra time to explain diagnosis and treatment options in terms that I can understand. Highly recommend Dr Hays!

So happy my PCP referred me to Dr Hays those years ago. He has a plan for optimal health for his patients & carries out that plan with precision. The office & tech staff are professional & easy to work with. I highly recommend Dr Hays to solve electrical problems with the heart.

Excellent. Had ablation procedure for my afib two years ago, have not had an afib problem since operation. No more afib!!! Procedure went very well. Never in any pain or discomfort. Very caring doctor. Absolutely would recommend Dr Hays.

Dr Hays is always pleasant, answers questions so you can understand, never feel rushed. He has a plan to get you better & executes that plan to your benefit. I'm VERY happy to have him as my cardiologist.
