Loved having Dr. Adler as our doctor. My mother was hospitalized multiple times and Dr. Adler was one of the best physicians we have ever seen. He was so patient with my mom and explained everything to me as many times as I needed him to. For one of the scariest times in my life, Dr. Adler was a calming and incredibly helpful presence.

Dr. Adler made sure I felt like he cared about me like I was part of his family when I was at St. E's. He is a kind man and he treated me for exactly what was wrong and I got to home even sooner than I expected.

If admitted to St. Elizabeth Hospital (Edgewood) and Dr. Jordan Adler is your doctor-run, ask for a different doctor, or leave. He only treats the numbers and not the patient. My Dad (95), who had atrial fibrillation, was in St. E’s for lisinopril-induced angioedema, could not swallow, admitted to the hospital through the ER. Strict instructions from the ER doctor and the ENT specialist were supposed to be followed, however, ignored by Dr. Adler. He administered a steroid for longer than prescribed (caused my Dad to be awake for 72 hrs straight and in a psychotic state). Dr Adler did not prescribe any heart medications (necessary to treat his atrial fibrillation). My Dad finally left the hospital 5 days later (he was only to be there for 36 hrs) in worse shape then when he went in. Unfortunately, he passed away 6 weeks later due to a massive stroke. I am convinced the poor ineffective treatment/care that my Dad received from Dr. Adler contributed to his passing away.
