Kimberly Vormbrock's Online Review Report Card

Doc V - as I knew her way back when - is as compassionate, kind, and down-to-earth as they come. Grateful to her for taking care of quite a few of us and our various deployment ailments. I’ll never forget her kindness during an especially difficult time in my life.

I personally think Dr.Vormbrock is an amazing doctor- my only concern is that I have chronic pain and pelvic fractures and the medicine she prescribed can't be found at the pharmacy on my contract. I understand her rules but I have been out for 5 days now and actually found the medicine at a pharmacy 3 doors down from the one that doesn't have it. Really confused and hurting

Was dismissed from the office because I was frustrated their office was running an hour and a half behind and not a single person said anything to me. The same office that can’t keep staffed manager or reception. I received the letter viasnail mail and wasn’t given the required 30 days of care. Dr. Vornbrach inconsistently filled prescriptions for mental health medication. The staff wouldn’t respond to MyChart and when I would call to ask they wouldn’t get back to me. The staff also wasn’t able to help me with a MyChart issue and claimed they aren’t trained and don’t know. I spoke to two separate office managers within a week period who seemed very under qualified to be running the office. I now see another St. E physician and she fills my medicine on time and consistently. The St. E administration was appalled at this office’s behavior and helped me understand how I can report Dr. Vormbrach to the board of health for a false dismissal. St E does have a policy that patients are not to be dismissed without proper discussion and they were super apologetic for their Dr. Who has been working out of a poorly run office. Also this office, all spring and part of summer, was refusing sick patients and referring them to urgent care because they didn’t have enough staff (costing patients more). I guess it was a blessing in disguise because the dr I see now is 10x better than anyone at this office. Her staff is also responsive and informative of any delay.

Dr V has been my and my childrens doc for 17 years. I absolutely love her. She’s kind, compassionate, treats you like you’re not just a name on paper.

This has nothing to do with the providers and everything to do with the front desk. My son needed to be seen and the call center had to call the office to see if they could get him in. Diane didn’t realize she was talking to me instead of talking to the call center lady. She started trash talking me as a mother and a person and making fun of me. Regardless of what she felt about me as a person, that was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Dr. Vormbrock has been my General Dr. and my Gynecologist for 2 years now and I’m SO happy she was recommended to me!! She has a full schedule because she’s good. She will take care of your needs and does an excellent job at listening and going over any of your medical needs because she does it all! I’m able to have a physical and my yearly Gynecologist appointment all in one visit, which makes it super easy to keep on top of things! I fully plan on going to her for the delivery of our first baby! She has been recommended to me by several friends who LOVED her during labor and delivery, so I have every confidence that she will be fabulous in the delivery room! I recommend her heartily!!

This doctor throws Halloween parties that mock Catholics.

She's great. Excellent laborist, very calm and experienced.

The best doctor I’ve ever had. Made me feel like I was apart of every decision that was made instead of telling me what I had to do. Fills up quickly so if you’re thinking about scheduling do it!!

Kim has delivered my son and now will be delivering my daughter and has always been such a reliable, caring & compassionate person. She’s always there for me just a text away and even when I was hospitalized recently she did everything in her power to make sure I was comfortable by listening to my needs and concerns plus checked in on me when she was up at the hospital already while delivering other patients. I feel best that the health of my child and I are in her care and can’t wait for the delivery of baby number 2 !
