I do not believe Dr. Donnley is a bad provider, in fact quite the opposite. The reason for 3 stars is that the office is TERRIBLE. The staff is barely polite, lack compassion, and do not understand how to communicate with patients or families. The scheduling through St. E is POOR at best. The lack of interest in patients well-being is highlighted through the lack of communication, no call backs, and zero compassion or empathy. The only time you will get a call in a timely manner is when they want $. I would RUN away from this practice and St. E in general. They are a $$ centric health system that do NOT put patients first.

Dr. Donnelly was very passionate during our delivery. She answered any questions asked and ensured that things would go smoothly with our difficult delivery. I came to this group in hopes to find someone like her and I am glad I switched.

Dr Donnelly is very knowledgeable and personable. She and the seven hills staff are amazing! I have been seeing them for years and have nothing but compliments. They took especially great care of me and my high risk pregnancy. Nurse Erinn is the absolute best! I highly recommend the practice.

I was charged for a lab test I never requested and called to speak to them about it. They ignored the situation even though the nurse there stated they had written it up wrong and the next response by another employee was that the lab read it wrong. Terrible customer service. I will let my insurance company know!

I see Dr Donnelly for GYN appointments and am a previous labor and delivery nurse. Although I never knew or worked with her while I was in the field, I wish I would have. Extremely professional, puts patients at ease and is a great listener. She is one competent practitioner!!!
