Nightmare of a place to deal with.

I was referred by specialist mat for mental health help. I went in for the appointment I felt like I was pretty much told hey I either do the genetic swab so they can figure out which type of medicine works for me or they wouldn't provide help. Which that is not a bad thing that's you know something that works for the rest of my life however I was told it could take 7 to 10 days for the results in the meantime make it would write me a non-narcotic like buspar. So this is where we're at now, we are going on at least six phone calls, six voicemails, one visit, which they were moving offices to a different location, also news to me. I've had no return phone call, no answers, no medication and I'm very disappointed in the fact that they were referred to me and I thought they were going to help so much I'm a new patient and I have got nothing from them. Nothing from them at all. So would I recommend definitely not because you don't get anything what a waste of time !!

Oh wow everything is great with that place from time u walk in the door til u leave just a happy environment makes u feel comfortable and ms.laura oh wow I've never ever met any other Dr as good as her just listens and comforts you I only seen her once but she will definitely continue to be my Dr ..I recommend this place to everyone ..

Amazing how finding the right doctor for me changed everything

Good luck with this place. It's a wonder they even have any clients at all with how they never call in meds or say they will or they will have a dr call and they never do. I bet the office staff never has a problem getting their prescriptions called in. My wife goes through detox almost every month because of how disorganized this place has gotten over the last year. They will take the time to comment on your reviews but not call in your meds. She loves you all for some reason and keeps dealing with this circus. She has cried for the last 5 days because she hasn't been able to get her prescriptions filled and this is just downright wrong to treat people like this.

First appointment on Monday was great they seem to really care. Cant wait to get back to normal again. Thank You guys amanda

I have Ben calling three days since I've Ben seen to get my meds sent In oh someone get back with u and they don't I'm starting to get frustrated my Dr reffered me to u and almost week later no meds

This facility and it's physicians have been a light in a dark place for me. They came along in a hopeless time for me. They turned around those feelings and the other experiences that I have had with less professional and knowledgeable clinicians. Carrie and Tammy are the most compassionate women I've met in the field of mental health treatment. Truly diamonds in the rough!!

As others have said, I would love to review higher if I could. Tammy, Laura, and Tim (the people I've had interactions with here) are all incredibly kind & professional people during appointments. I feel I'm listened to here more than most psychiatrists I've been to, if not all. With that being said though, if your medication isn't sent in while you're sitting there, expect it to take days to over a week. I try to avoid this by specifically asking for it to be filled while I'm there, which sometimes works, sometimes doesn't. If it doesn't, it's multiple phone calls to them and to various pharmacies to see if it's been sent somewhere it's not supposed to be (which has happened) because they won't answer the phone half the time. I've had incorrect prescriptions sent in. Ive had them sent to a pharmacy an hour away. I've had Tammy herself not show up to my in person morning appointments - not once, but several times. As of the time writing this, it is Saturday and I'm waiting on prescriptions to be sent in from my appointment on Thursday. I called the office yesterday (Friday) and was told that the doctor would reach out to me. No one did. If it weren't for having to restart the experimentation phase with another psychiatrist, these are the things that would likely push me to another psychiatrist. With that being said, I've been going here on and off for about four years now & progress has been made. They have more people working so the phone is answered more now than it used to be, but whether or not that helps in any way outside of scheduling or canceling appointments is debatable.
