A Pleasant Experience getting treatment by Dr. Greg Smith and his staff. I would highly recommend this physician to anyone in need of a very good primary care provider with lots of experience. He is very thorough and he explains things to where I can understand them. He and his staff do there best to get you in and out as quickly as possible to avoid long wait times. Great Overall Healthcare??

I've been seeing Dr. Smith for 15 years best doctor I ever seen he cares for his patients.

I went to Heartland to see this Dr. without seeing me he refused to fill my medication for narcolepsy and the nurse told me my psychiatrist would have to fill the prescription. When I repeatedly told her that it was a neurological med and couldn’t be filled by my psychiatrist she refused to listen. She hung up on me I will be finding a new provider. I was treated like a drug seeker when I am on disability for narcolepsy and I sleep upwards of 18 hours a day with my meds but no worries Dr Smith don’t bother to even meet your new patient before you refuse to fill a medication.

Doctor Smith has been a great doctor for me. He has a genuine concern of whatever your problem might be. He has even "went to bat" for me with my insurance company over some medication that the "ALMIGHTY" insurance company didnt want to pay for. I would recommend Dr. Smith to anyone looking for a good family doctor.
