Terrible service as of today, 4 hour wait to be seen with severe cut to the hand, excuse was there was only 1 doctor but we have 4 secretaries sitting around being rude? Makes no sense. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go here.I’m not doctor or anything but I can see Terrible service terrible secretaries. Hire some help an get a doctor?
If I could give negative stars, I would!!! Have been using them as our family physicians for 20 plus years. Just to have them consider a family member a new patient because it has been a couple years since we have taken them there. To be penalized for being healthy and not having to go to the doctor much is totally discriminating.I would have considered it ok to do all the original paperwork again if they had not said that the next appointment available was in DECEMBER!!! Their only suggestion was to go to the ER. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND CARELESS ON THEIR PART!Called another family physician and they were happy to get my faimily member in THIS FRIDAY as a new patient.
I have been seeing doctors here for 9 years. I called to make an appointment because I've injured my neck and urgent care told me to follow up with my doctor. But when I called, I was informed that since I had not been in for over a year, I would now be considered a new patient and they have no new patient appointments until july! Did they forget about the pandemic! 000 stars!!!!
My husband has been going to this office for several years. Out of the blue his dr retires and when he goes for his regular appt (goes every 2 months) he is told that no one there can write his prescription. Shouldn't this have been something addressed at his last appointment before he was out of his medicine?
I can honestly say I have never seen a more unorganized office. No wonder the reviews are so low. Hateful Receptionists have been overheard making fun of patients after talking with them on the phone. Very few employees seem to know or care what they are doing. I only regret I do not have the option of giving 0 stars because 1 is too much.
Went today for bloodwork and each member of the staff I encountered were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. That means a lot, especially when you hobbling around on a cane! Thank you all.
A sad and rapid decline since Norton's purchase. My usual provider there left, my referral took months to get and when i got sick and needed to see someone, i was told to go to the urgent care.
Not a fan of the Norton change. Unable to get appt for medication refills that I’m required to see an MD for. Staff telling me I will get call back but never do. I understand that they are still busy with transition. Not to mention my NP did not transition which upsets me.I have been going here for about 5years now and I have never had a problem with anything. When insurance stopped paying for my meds I got a call in the evening from a NP telling me that there was a new script waiting for me that insurance had authorized, always get call backs about labs and so forth. I’m not a fan of the new check in process but that’s out of my control as well as theirs( going to electronic filing). Some of the front office staff could be a lot more people friendly since it is the “face” of the office but can’t control that either. They could benefit from having their own stand alone building with their urgent care attached. All in all you go to the doctors for their opinion or diagnosis not to get what you thinks you need or want. All the other things are mistakes because we are human.
After moving back to the area and re-establishing care here I am really impressed with the improvements and how they are managing safety during Covid-19. Scheduling, check-in, getting in with the provider you want, the referral process, time in the office, etc. were all remarkably improved on from my past experience 3-4 years ago. I'm so glad to be able to share a positive review and look forward to being a patient here. They also have lab and xray on location if that's helpful to you in making your decision. The MyNorton app/chart system is also a great service that actually works.
The recent acquisition by Norton's has made it very difficult to communicate with them. You're supposed to use MyChart, but you can't send a message to your provider until they're registered and linked to you in MyChart. But you can't link a provider unless you actually have been seen by them since the acquisition (previous visits don't count). But you can't be seen unless you call for an appointment. And the phone is always busy, or you're on hold for 20 minutes.I hope this gets better. Soon.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
